Thank you for the support, everyone. 🙂\n \nWho: Trinity River Authority of Texas ( https://www.trinityra.org/ )\nRSVP Deadline – August 31st, 2023\nEvent: Annual Health, Safety, Wellness Fair & Education Fair\nDate and Time: September 20, 2023, from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Participating schools must stay the entire event duration. Please don’t arrive late, and please don’t leave early.\nImportant Contacts: Robert Warren, Event Leader, and Christopher Myrben facilitates partnership agreements.\nExpected Participation: Approximately 250 employees and the total employee population is about 500.\nEvent Marketing: All Leadership will speak to the event as a line item during meetings, intranet, flyers, and office coordinator personal outreach. Staff will also be allocated time off and awarded points for attending. 🙂\nLocation: 5300 S Collins St, Arlington, Texas 76018-1710\nFood will be provided!\nEducation Benefits: Cover 100% for up to 6 credits total (A’s, B’s, or equivalent required) or 50% for C’s up to 6 credits total. Tuition and fees are included. This benefit is for all permanent full-time employees. Must be budgeted or approved if not included in the budget. All costs must be comparable to local Texas institutions. A Degree plan must be completely spelled out as part of the approval process.\nAttractive Programs: All Business programs (especially Business Admin and HR), Public Administration, Environmental Services, Law, and All Technology programs.\nSpecial Procedures:\n\nYou must have an ID as this is a secured facility.\nTables can be provided with advanced notice.\nThey are looking for presenters on topics if one or more participants are interested.\nChris Mryben may present how to utilize TR and then ask schools to reinforce/participate in the presentation. This is TBD.\n\nOther Details: Most/all tables will be indoors for vendors. Outside will have safety presentations.\nAdditional Ask: \n\nIf universities want to create a formal partnership to benefit employees and their families, Chris welcomes facilitating conversations.\nBring a $25.00 – $50.00 raffle item.
